about

This song was originally released in 2004 on a compilation called "Ripcordz As F**k," an homage to Paul Gott by the bands on his indie record label, EnGuard Records.

Upon reviewing the compilation, Exclaim Magazine had this to say about the track: "The real highlight is one of the most out-of-step numbers as performed by Bare Bones. The sweetly melodic and minimalist version of "Unite and Destroy" reshapes the song to the same extent that Aztec Camera recreated Van Halen's "Jump."
